For now are Bank transfer or Payment on collection only. But we’re working on payments by Credit card (VISA, VISA Electron, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO) and hope to present such possibility asap.

You can check the status of your order by calling +386 1 777 86 46 or emailing to order@unisun.si.
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with tracking information and you can start tracking using that information.

For the International and Slovenian markets: After order confirmation and stock availability, the order will ship within 48 hours. If we need to book and deliver the ordered goods from our suppliers, it usually claim one week.

For the domestic market: The delivery time depends on the location, it is approximately 1 day.
For International: It will take approximately 2-5 days from the day of shipment.
The specified time is optimal. Deliveries on time depend entirely on the courier service. Unisun is not responsible for any delays caused by an outside carrier.
