Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from UNISUN, operated by UNISUN d.o.o., with its registered address at Fužine 134, 1241 Kamnik, Slovenia.

1. How to Request a Return

Email info@unisun.si with your order number, product reference, quantity and contact details. If the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please describe the issue and include photographs where possible.

We will provide return instructions. Please package products securely and include their accessories and documentation. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of shipment.

Contacting us for instructions does not make a consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal subject to our approval.

2. Business Customers (B2B)

For purchases made for business or professional purposes, change-of-mind returns are subject to our prior written agreement, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in your contract.

Products accepted for a voluntary return must be unused, uninstalled, complete and in their original packaging.

Customised products, products manufactured to specification and items specifically procured for a business customer are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Any applicable return costs, handling charges and refund conditions will be confirmed before you proceed with the return. These conditions do not affect valid claims relating to faulty, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

3. Private Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, meaning an individual acting outside your business or profession, and applicable consumer law provides a right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. Where goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to info@unisun.si before the deadline. You may use the optional withdrawal form below.

You must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

4. Condition of Consumer Returns

You may inspect the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection, including installation or use where this exceeds the permitted inspection.

Please return all supplied accessories and documentation and use the original packaging where possible. Missing original packaging does not, by itself, remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For consumer change-of-mind returns, you bear the direct return shipping costs, provided this was disclosed before purchase.

For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the return cost or a reasonable estimate will be provided before purchase.

Where we are responsible for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we will arrange or cover the necessary return shipping in accordance with applicable law. Please contact us so we can coordinate the return.

6. Consumer Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received for the returned goods, including the applicable cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery method selected by you are not refundable.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a refund fee.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or where another statutory exception applies.

A standard product is not automatically excluded merely because it was ordered from a supplier specifically to fulfil your order.

These exceptions do not affect your rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Please contact info@unisun.si promptly if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or develops a fault. Retain relevant packaging and photographs where possible to help us investigate.

Consumer purchases are covered by the applicable statutory conformity rights, including the minimum two-year legal guarantee for new goods in the EU. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund.

These rights apply against the seller and are separate from any manufacturer’s commercial warranty. Nothing in this policy restricts mandatory consumer rights, applicable remedies or statutory claim periods.

Business customer claims are handled under the agreed sales terms and applicable law.

9. Optional Consumer Withdrawal Form

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may also send any other clear statement of withdrawal.
